Election of trustees
The Body of Trustees of the Foundation shall, when complete, consist of eleven persons, that is to say:
- ONE ex-officio Trustee, being the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead;
- FIVE by the RBWM Borough Council, and
- FIVE Co-opted Trustees, to be appointed by resolution of the Trustees.
